Trainer Minimum Requirments

To maintain the quality and relevance of content on our GxP platform, we have established specific criteria for eligible trainers. Prospective trainers should meet the following requirements:

Experienced GxP Professionals: Ideal trainers should possess significant experience (Minimum 7+ years) in the pharma or the medtech industry. Significant experience working within GxP frameworks (e.g., Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP)).
Must have worked most of their career in companies that operate in the US-FDA or EU regulations.
Presentation Skills: Proven ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions in the English language.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations governing GxP practices. Awareness of recent changes in regulations and industry best practices.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly. Ability to create training materials and documentation that are easy to understand.
Member of the Stringent Regulatory Authority: You must have been employed within the past three years at a company situated in one of the countries that is governed by a WHO listed Regulatory Authority. (Click here for the list of eligible countries)

What are the steps?

Application

Please complete our application form for review to assess your expertise and suitability as a trainer and course creator.

Approval

Once your application is reviewed, you will be approved as a Qualistery Trainer, recognizing you as a contributor to our platform.

Agreement

E-sign an agreement with Qualistery to be eligible for the sales commissions.

Submit Course Idea

Submit your proposed course topic and abstract for approval, ensuring it aligns with our focus on GxP industry trends.

Submit Course

Complete the course and submit it for review. Our team will assess the content for relevance, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines before publication and will support you as needed.
