Webinar Event Information Submission Policy
At Qualistery, our priority is to deliver the highest quality results for your webinars—maximizing lead generation, engagement, and brand visibility. To ensure this, we require all clients to submit complete event information no later than 8 weeks prior to the planned webinar date.

Beginning promotion at least 12 weeks before the event consistently yields an average of 580+ registrants per webinar—well above industry averages.Last deadline Submission Window:
Submitting event details 8 weeks before the webinar still allows us to deliver strong results, maintaining performance above the industry standard.
What Happens If Submission Is Late?
Late submissions will not be accepted, and webinar dates will be fixed only upon timely submission. Please note that reserving a date without submitting event details is not equivalent to date confirmation.
